To help increase production efficiency and capacity, particularly in high growth exterior products, our range is being optimised with some products and sizes being discontinued with effect from 2^nd August 2021.

The effective date of line deletions is the 2^nd August 2021. The amount you can purchase will be subject to availability which we anticipate being limited. Limited stock available thereafter will be able to be purchased on a first come first serve basis.

We will not hold stock, we recommend that you contact your James Hardie Representative or CustomerLink on 13 11 03.

1200mm sizes are available as an alternative however stud spaces may have to be reduced to 400mm or increased to 600mm based on wind loading requirements. Alternatively sheets in some products can be cut down to suit requirements.

In the first instance, we recommend you switch the specification to an alternative James Hardie product as per the table. Alternatively, we suggest you contact your local preferred reseller who may be able to suggest a different solution.

All products sold by James Hardie are warranted provided that the term and conditions set out in the warranty statement are met.

New price books will be made available on 30^th July 2021.

Instead, NEW Hardie™ Fine Texture Cladding reduces trades down to just a carpenter and painter by having the render texture already in the cladding panels. This product innovation creates more value for James Hardie customers and efficiencies for builders. Particularly the small crews involved with renovations.

Our James Hardie Representative will work closely with you to identify key projects and specifications in the pipeline to help support and service you during the transition.

In order to service you more efficiently we are removing lower demand product lines. This will allow us to free up capacity to produce high demand products that are valued by your customers.
